Most of my inspiration for my oil paintings comes from music. I’m telling the truth when I say I don’t know what the painting is going to look like before I get started. I have some colors in mind, but I just listen to a song and let the painting happen. When I’m done, it’s sort of a surprise for me too. Time just flies by when I’m painting. It feels like I’m not even thinking about what I’m doing and four minutes later the painting is complete.

And in the end, it makes me happy :)
